Call us to see if we can fix your problem, repair a socket or fit your new lights.

Our FIXED PRICE JOB is £90 including VAT for labour with materials at a reasonable price being extra.

EICRs or Inspections.

An inspection report is now known as an Electrical Installation Condition Report. These reports are often required for rental property or when moving house. What is not so well known is that there is a recommended period of at most five years for rental property and ten years for owner-occupied properties.

Our EICRs start at £125 including VAT.

Consumer Unit or Fuse Board Changes

The replacement of a consumer unit (also known as a fuse board) is a two-part process. To complete the replacement, first the electrical system must be tested, and if the system is in a satisfactory condition, the new consumer unit can be fitted. If the system is not in a satisfactory condition then these defects should be rectified first. Our charges to replace a consumer unit start from £450 including VAT.
